How to Use the AuAg Sous Vide Cooker? 1. Seal food in a vacuum bag, and place them in a water bath, 2-3 gallons of water for best performance. 2. Plug in power adapter(safe circuit breaker included) to Sous Vide and clamp on to water bath. 3. Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds and then the display will turn on. 4. Press and hold “Menu” button for 3 seconds to access the 30 preset food programs, for example beef, foie gras and much more. Scroll with +/- OR scroll wheel under the LED touch panel, useful option if hands are wet from cooking. 5. For manual settings, press and hold temperature button for 3 seconds to set temperature, scroll with adjustable turn dial for faster results. 6. For manual control on timer, press and hold temperature button for 3 seconds to set desired cook time. 7.
