Our Movement Sensor Pad is designed to be placed under your baby's mattress, where it will sense even the smallest of movements. It detects movement entirely contact-free and features 4 adjustable sensitivity levels for personalized tuning based on mattress and environment. The Parent Unit features a room temperature display, which is complemented by a color-changing temperature display on the Nursery Unit. Additionally, two-way audio talk back allows parents to soothe their baby when they need comforting and the LCD infrared night vision ensures you never miss a beat. After 15 seconds of no recognized movement, the monitor will sound a preliminary beep to rouse your baby. Then, if no movement is detected after 5 more seconds, an alarm will sound to alert you. While Angelcare intends to provide peace of mind to our consumers, monitoring of a premature baby or babies considered to be at risk should be carried out only under the supervision of a doctor or health care professional. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure or prevent any disease or condition. This monitor should NOT be used to prevent Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
